On attendait patiemment le sirop d'érable noir — le plus foncé, celui de la toute fin de saison. C’est le sirop qu’on étire au printemps, quand le soleil réchauffe et qu’on commence à ramasser les seaux sur les érables en t-shirt Tigidou!. Ce sirop, c’est celui que nos grands-mères utilisaient pour leurs célèbres « pètes de sœurs ».
