As master jam makers, what we love most is bringing out the true taste of the fruit.
So we start by choosing the best blueberries in Quebec: the small wild blueberries of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Small in size but big in flavour, and known around the world. Honestly, we haven't found anything like them.
We add a touch of raw cane sugar to preserve them in the jar, plus fresh lemon juice. Nothing else.
Perfect in yogurt, on toast or waffles, or in oatmeal and hot cereal.
